Baked Cottage Cheese Artichoke and Asiago Dip
This is a lightened-up version of a classic party dip. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
2 cups Nordica® Cottage Cheese
1 cup grated asiago cheese, divided
¼ cup chopped fresh chives, divided
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
¼ tsp. each salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain artichokes; pat dry and chop. Mix together artichokes, cottage cheese, ¾ cup asiago cheese, garlic, 2 Tbsp. chives, lemon zest, salt and pepper
- Scrape into 4-cup ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with remaining asiago. Bake for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining chives before serving.
